Does Water Service Co. offer Automatic Bill Pay?
Enjoy the convenience of Automatic Bill Payment from your checking or savings account. If you are interested in this service, please call toll free 1-877-21-WATER and/or send a void check, or a photocopy of your check. If payment is to be from your savings account, please send a void withdrawal form. You may also call this information in. You will continue to receive a bill. This is for your records, and will be noted as such.

Can I pay by phone?
You can make a Payment with Check by Phone or Credit Card by Phone. Simply call toll free and have your Bank Routing Number and Bank Account Number or credit card available when you call. If no one is available to take your call, leave a message, customer information, and your phone number, your call will be returned.

Can I pay my bill in person?
You can make a convenient payment locally at any Discount Drug Mart. Just have your full Water Service Co. customer number, that is: Route # - Account # (printed at the top of your water bill) available when you pay at the Courtesy Counter.
